FSSAI License For Relabellers ( KOBs)

According to FSSAI, a relabeller is considered a deemed food manufacturer who does not own any manufacturing unit but outsources food products from third-party manufacturers and sells them on his brand name. All such FBOs must also have an FSSAI central license or FSSAI state license based on the cumulative capacities desired by the relabeller.
