To become eligible for membership registration for handloom export promotion council applicants must be an exporter of handlooms and its allied products or a manufacturer exporter of handlooms.

The applicants are required to pay the said amount for the online membership of handloom export promotion council of India.
The admission & subscription fee for the new enrollment for HEPC e-RCMC is ₹5,000 + 18% Gst on it. The total amount an applicant would pay including all taxes is ₹ 6490.
The new membership fee for the weaver category is ₹1,000 + GST which is ₹1180 in total.
The DGFT has issued a notice requiring the electronic filing of RCMC or RC through their Common Digital Platform, effective April 1, 2022. This notice also states that a new digital platform for issuing RCMC has been created, which will serve as a one-stop access point for all exporters and importers.
Note: The RCMC will be issued within 2 weeks by the respected authorities.
