- Upload Documents, Pay the Membership Fee, and E-Sign the Application: Enter TDS details, where applicable, and upload the required supporting documents in PDF format. Pay the applicable CHEMEXCIL membership fee through the DGFT payment gateway, based on the selected membership tenure and applicable fee category. If clarification is required, resolve the query through the portal. Once approved, the digital RCMC is made available on the DGFT dashboard. Processing may take approximately 7–10 working days, subject to the council’s review and any queries.

Validity and Renewal of CHEMEXCIL RCMC
CHEMEXCIL Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) is valid for five years, from 1 April of the year of issue to 31 March of the fifth year, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023. However, membership subscription fees must be paid annually, with each subscription year ending on 31 March. Failure to renew the membership subscription within the prescribed period may result in the cessation of membership and affect access to applicable government benefits, including RoDTEP.
