- CHEMEXCIL Review and Issuance of the Digital RCMC on the Dashboard: CHEMEXCIL verifies the submitted application. The Council checks the business credentials, IEC and GST records, chemical and allied product list with ITC (HS) Codes, three-year CA-Certified Export Turnover, production capacity in metric tonnes, supporting documents, and fee payment. Where clarification is needed, CHEMEXCIL posts a query through the portal, which the applicant resolves before resubmission. Once approved, the RCMC certificate shows up on the DGFT dashboard within roughly 7 to 10 working days from submission. The certificate is valid for a period of 1 to 5 financial years, starting from 1 April of the issuance year up to 31 March of the fifth year, regardless of the actual month of issue.
