The documents required for GJEPC membership are as follows:

  • Application form for Associate Membership, Application form for (RCMC) and challan form duly signed by Proprietor/Partner/Director
  • Signature Slip (Online form) signed by the Proprietor/Partner/Director and attested by the banker of the applicant
  • Self-attested copy of Import Export Code issued by DGFT
  • Self-attested copy of PAN
  • Partnership Deed in case of Partnership Firm.
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of the company
  • Self-attested copy of MSME (UAN)/SSI/IM, if applied under the Manufacturer category.
  • Self-attested copy GST Certificate, Not applicable for Micro Associate Membership
  • Self-attested copy GST Certificate, Not applicable for Micro Associate Membership
  • Self-attested copy of personal PAN, Passport, and Aadhar of Proprietor/Partner/Director

For Merchant exporter

Along with the documents mentioned above, merchants' exporters must produce the following document.

  • Chartered Accountant's Certificate verifying the Export Turnover or Domestic Turnover of GJEPC's products over the past two years.
