What is GJEPC registration?

For manufacturer exporter

  • Application form for Associate Membership, Application form for (RCMC) and challan form duly signed by Proprietor/Partner/Director
  • Signature Slip (Online form) signed by the Proprietor/Partner/Director and attested by the banker of the applicant
  • Self-attested copy of Import Export Code issued by DGFT
  • Self-attested copy of PAN
  • Partnership Deed in case of partnership firm
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of the company
  • Self-attested copy of MSME (UAN)/SSI/IM, if applied under the Manufacturer category.
  • Self-attested copy GST certificate, Not applicable for Micro Associate Membership
  • Self-attested copy GST certificate, Not applicable for Micro Associate Membership
  • Self-attested copy of personal PAN, Passport, and Aadhar of Proprietor/Partner/Director

For Merchant exporter

Along with the documents mentioned above, merchants' exporters must produce the following document.

  • Chartered Accountant's Certificate verifying the Export Turnover or Domestic Turnover of GJEPC's products over the past two years.

The annual Membership fee for GJEPC RCMC varies based on the export performance of the applicant. However the admission fee for GJEPC is not more than INR 5,000 including 18% GST *(Not applicable for associate micro membership)

Process of GJEPC RCMC registration

Step-1: Login into GJEPC web portal navigate to the new registration portal, it will automatically redirect yours to RCMC registration portal.

Step 2: Now, Click on proceed and fill in all the required details in the form such as PAN details, IEC code & other required details.

Step 3: The candidate will be provided with a username and password upon submitting the RCMC application. Using such details, the applicant should visit the homepage and proceed.

Step-4: Once the process is completed, the GJEPC RCMC certificate will be issued to the applicant
