Plastic Export Promotion Council : How to get RCMC for Plastic Exports from India?

PLEXCONCIL is responsible for issuing registration and membership certificates to plastic exporters and manufacturers in India. Members of PLEXCONCIL can take advantage of various benefits and schemes to increase their exports from India.

3. Name & address proof of proprietor/partner/directors as applicable

5. SSI certificate if required
6. MoA & AoA in case of company
7. Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
8. In case of manufacturer - exporter proof of registration of business is required
9. If exporters turnover is nil or over 50 lakh then a CA certificate certifying the same is required. (In case of exporters)
10. If exporters turnover is nil or over 10 lakh then a CA certificate certifying the same is required. (In case of Merchant-exporters)

The entrance fee for plastic export promotion council is ₹5,000 and the membership cost is ₹6,000 + admin charges which is 500 rupees only. However applicants are also required to pay additional 18% GST on the PLEXCONCIL e-RCMC registration fees.

The total fee would be ₹13,570 including taxes.
