CEPC stands for Carpet Export Promotion Council. It's an organization established by the Government of India, Ministry of Textiles, in order to promote and develop the export of carpets and other floor coverings from India.

The registration cum membership certificate, or RCMC, of the Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC) is a document that certifies an individual or company as a member of the council and allows them to participate in the council's various programs and initiatives.

The entrance fee for new members of the carpet export promotion council is ₹2,360 and the membership cost for CEPC is ₹2,360. The total fee would be ₹4,720 including GST.
However the fee structure for exporter who export goods of worth more than 50 lakh are as follows:
