In order to obtain the Vegan approval, the food business operator (FBO) is supposed to submit the FSSAI application form along with the necessary papers and a statement confirming compliance with the mentioned standards.
A confirmation of the approval would be given to the applicant from the FSSAI once they have completely assessed the application and the supporting documents, to make sure that the product meets the Vegan standards.

If the above application is approved then the FSSAI will issue an endorsement for the use of Vegan logo to the food business operator (FBO) to be placed on the packaging of the product.
