Everything You Need to Know About ISEPC Registration for Indian Silk Exports Promotion Council

The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council (ISEPC) was established in 1983 as a premier organization for silk exporters, manufacturers, and merchandisers. Operating as a not-for-profit entity under the Companies Act.

ISEPC is sponsored by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. In recognition of the significance of the silk and allied silk product industry, the Government of India has recently declared it as a priority sector.

ISEPC works closely with the Government of India to formulate policies that support the growth and development of the silk sector. It provides specialized services to the trade, commerce, and industry that are aimed at expanding global business opportunities for the Indian silk industry.

ISEPC is committed to promoting the export of Indian silk and silk-based products, and to providing a platform for Indian silk exporters to network, exchange ideas and showcase their products to the world.

1. Log in to the DGFT portal: Once you have created an account using IEC code. you will be able to log in to the DGFT portal using your login credentials.
2. Apply for RCMC registration: Once you have logged in, you will need to navigate to the RCMC registration section of the portal. Here you will be prompted to fill in an application form with details such as your company name, address, and PAN number.
3. Upload supporting documents: You will also need to upload supporting documents such as PAN card, GST registration certificate, and certificate of incorporation.
4. Submit the application: Once you have completed the application form and uploaded all the required documents, you can submit the application
5. Approval process: After submitting the application, it will be reviewed by the authorities. Once it is approved, you will receive an RCMC.

7. Resolve trade disputes.
8. Launch generic promotion of silk products from India.
9. Organize Workshops/Seminars on various trade and policy related issues.
