- If an exporter needs an RCMC certificate, they must list their main business line on the application they send to the relevant board or Export Promotion Council.
- If no council, board, or official covers the exporter’s main line product, the RCMC has to be obtained from FIEO officials.
- Also, if an exporter deals in more than one product and the items are not listed under any Export Promotion Council, the exporter needs to obtain the FIEO RCMC registration from the Federation of Indian Export Organisations.
Documents Required for FIEO RCMC Registration
The following are the documents required for FIEO registration when applying for an RCMC certificate. Exporters can submit the application through FIEO registration online , along with the necessary documents for verification.
- IEC Code Certificate
- Letter of Authority on the Organization's Letterhead
- MSME/SSI/IEM Certificate
- Self-certificate for export houses as per eligibility criteria, i.e., (One Star Export House, Two Star Export House, Three Star Export House, Four Star Export House, Five Star Export House, or State Export House)
