FIEO Registration in India - Process, Fees & Documents

Exporters dealing in multiple products without registration with a specific EPC, or whose main line of business is yet to be settled, may obtain an RCMC from FIEO. Exporters whose products are not covered by any Export Promotion Council or Commodity Board must also obtain their RCMC from FIEO.
• Consent from the Relevant Board or FIEO: Where the export product falls under a specific Export Promotion Council or Commodity Board, the applicant must follow the applicable registration and consent requirements. FIEO acts as the registering authority, where the product is not covered by any specific Export Promotion Council or Commodity Board.
• Service Exporters: Service exporters can apply for FIEO RCMC, except those providing services covered by the specific categories assigned to other registering authorities under the applicable Handbook of Procedures.
