FSSAI License Renewal

Validity & Renewal of FSSAI registration in Chennai

The renewal of the FSSAI license is equally important as getting a new registration. FBOs Can only renew the FSSAI license within the validity period itself.

FBOs can file for license renewal 120-30 days before the expiry date.
If any FBO files for license renewal after 30 days, before the date of expiration of the License, then a late fee of Rs. 100 per day Shall be charged as per the FSS guidelines.
FBOs can also file for express renewal 180 days before the expiry of their license if authorities open the express renewal window.
