FSSAI License Renewal
The renewal of the FSSAI license is equally important as getting a new registration. FBOs Can only renew the FSSAI license within the validity period itself.
- FBOs can file for license renewal 120-30 days before the expiry date.
- If any FBO files for license renewal after 30 days, before the date of expiration of the License, then a late fee of Rs. 100 per day Shall be charged as per the FSS guidelines.
- FBOs can also file for express renewal 180 days before the expiry of their license if authorities open the express renewal window.
