FSSAI online registration process

Step-1 Online Application & Documentation

To obtain an online FSSAI license in Varanasi or FSSAI registration, applicants must submit their application on the FosCos website and fill out a form-A and Form-B accordingly, per their criteria KOBs. Must submit all the documents online through the FosCos portal.

Step-2 Inspection by FSSAI

After filing the online application, FSSAI authorities will act on the request within 7 days as per the rules. If the application is rejected, then an inspection will be held by the food safety officer for further process.

Step-3 Approval

After the satisfactory inspection and document verification by the FSSAI authorities will approve the IssuanceIssuance of an FSSAI license or the FSSAI registration by the licencing authority.

Step-4 Issuance of registration

The 14-digit FSSAI registration/license will be issued through email within 25-30 days after the completion of approval and verification.

If the applicant failed to pay the amount then approval will be auto rejected.

Licence validity and renewal of FSSAI registration
