PAN Card under GST Registration Documents

Aadhaar Authentication in GST Registration Documents submission

  • At least aadhar authentication of the one of the promotor is mandatory. Aadhar number is submitted with the GST Registration application. Aadhar card is e-verified with authentication link sent to Email ID and Mobile Number.authentication link contains OTP tha tis entered in the portal for e-verification.
  • Aadhar authentication of primary authorised signatory is enough in GST Registration of the AOP/Company/Scoiety/club/LLP/Trust/foreign Company.

After failure to get aadhar authentication done. Then GST Registration can be get only after physical verification of the principal place of business is done by the GST officer.

  • Within 21 working days of the application's submission date, a notice in form GST REG-3.
  • Within 7 working days after receiving the notice in form GST REG-4, the assessee must respond.
  • Tax Officer must reply within 7days if he fails to do so then GST Registration is deemed to be granted.
