Step-1 Online application

To apply for a spice board CRES registration in Kerala, the applicant must register through their mobile no. and valid Email address. Once the verification is done via OTP on mobile, it will redirect you to the main application form.

Step-2 Document uploading

Step-3 Submission of Fee

These are the following liabilities laid down by the Spices Board of India for non-compliance:

  1. According to the Spices Board Act of 1986, anyone who files a false return or fails to file a return is liable to a fine of up to Rs. 5,000.
  2. Any person who violates any pricing order issued under Section 16 of the act is subject to a fine of up to Rs. 1,000 or imprisonment for up to 6 months.
  3. The accused may be fined up to Rs. 1,000 or imprisoned for up to 6 months for obstructing an officer or member of the board.
  4. If a company commits an offence, the management under whose supervision the violation occurs is held accountable.
