The Spices Board is the regulatory institution that governs the export of Indian Spices as per the spices board act. All the Manufacturer exporters and merchant exporters who commerce in the export of enlisted spices are obliged to have a Spices board registration to operate. The apex authority is also responsible for offering a certificate of registration as an exporter of spices (CRES) to exporters of scheduled spices.

To apply for a spice board CRES registration in Kerala, the applicant must register through their mobile no. and valid Email address. Once the verification is done via OTP on mobile, it will redirect you to the main application form.
The applicants must fill out the form and provide all the required details, such as import-export code details issued by DGFT to exporters; after filling in all the details, it will immediately generate an application number which can be used to upload all the required documents on the portal.
The fee for spices board registration (CRES) for exporters of spices can be submitted online as per the guidelines of spice board regulation 2011.
After completing the application form, applicants will get a login ID and password for their CRES registration, which they can use to download the certificate from the portal.
