- The quantity of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) placed (sold) in the market per financial year, for a period equal to its average end-of-life, is provided by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
- The sales data of applicable electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) must be provided in terms of weight in metric tonnes.
Producers with a market presence that is less than the average lifespan of their electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) are required to provide the following information:
- Quantity of EEE in terms of weight placed (sold) in the market since the time sales started (as per table 1in the portal).
- A scanned copy of a letter of intent on the company's letterhead, which has been duly signed by an authorized representative.
- A scanned copy of an affidavit on a 100-rupee stamp paper, duly signed by an authorized representative of the producer company and duly notarized by a notary.
- A scanned copy of the CA Certificate, which certifies that the quantity of EEE placed (sold) on the market by financial year (FY) in weight (metric tonnes) and/or imported in terms of weight is accurate and has been verified by the CA, is required.
- A scanned copy of a signed self-declaration on the letterhead of the manufacturer company stating that technical documents on RoHS are available and will be provided for verification to CPCB/SPCBs.
