Criteria for Producers for e-waste EPR Registration in Haryana

Producers whose electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) has an average lifespan that is equal to or greater than the average lifespan of EEE in the market are required to provide the following information:

  • The quantity of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) placed (sold) in the market per financial year, for a period equal to its average end-of-life, is provided by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
  • The sales data of applicable electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) must be provided in terms of weight in metric tonnes.

Producers with a market presence that is less than the average lifespan of their electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) are required to provide the following information:

  • Quantity of EEE in terms of weight placed (sold) in the market since the time sales started (as per table 1in the portal).
  • A scanned copy of a letter of intent on the company's letterhead, which has been duly signed by an authorized representative.
  • A scanned copy of an affidavit on a 100-rupee stamp paper, duly signed by an authorized representative of the producer company and duly notarized by a notary.
  • A scanned copy of the CA Certificate, which certifies that the quantity of EEE placed (sold) on the market by financial year (FY) in weight (metric tonnes) and/or imported in terms of weight is accurate and has been verified by the CA, is required.
  • A scanned copy of a signed self-declaration on the letterhead of the manufacturer company stating that technical documents on RoHS are available and will be provided for verification to CPCB/SPCBs.
