The following list of documents must be supplied in order to obtain an NSIC Certificate in Bihar -

• Self-attested Copy of the Udyog Adhaar Memorandum number and PAN
• Ownership of the plant & machinery, equipment, raw materials, and tools.
• Documents of the Ownership of the business premises.
• Balance sheet, Profit and loss Account, Schedule of Revenue, and Schedule of financial assets.
• Copy of the declaration.
• Copy of the declaration.

• The NSIC Certificate has a validity of 2 years for a single-point registration scheme
• Provisional NSIC having a pecuniary limit of 5 Lakhs has a validity of one year.

• A 50% reduction is provided on the MSME Renewal charge, which is dependent on net sales volume.
• It must be completed two years prior to the end of the 6-month renewal period.

The following are the requirements for eligibility for the NSIC Certificate in Bihar as mentioned below -

• Under the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006, Micro and small enterprises are eligible for registration if involved in services and manufacturing as mentioned below -
• Micro Enterprises Any annual Turnover of 5 crores and investment in plant and machinery up to one crore of enterprises in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
• Small Enterprises Any annual turnover of Rs.Two hundred Fifty crores and investment in Plant and machinery up to Rs. 50 crores of enterprise in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
• Medium Enterprises Any Annual Turnover of two hundred fifty crores and investment in Plant and machinery of fifty crores of enterprises in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
• Under the NSIC Scheme traders are ineligible for registration.
• One year after business has started.
