Applicants are required to provide above mentioned details as well as required documents as per the guidelines of plastic waste management for PIBOs.
Note:-Once the application is filled, it takes up-to 15 days for licensing authority to respond and proceed further with the registration process.
After the successful registration with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) or SPCBs the Applicant is obligated to execute an EPR action plan to meet their annual EPR target for the specific year.
As per guidelines, PIBOs must meet their EPR obligations by ensuring that the waste undergoes processing through authorized plastic waste processors. PIBOs are required to obtain certificates from these processors, indicating the quantity of waste processed by them.
Note:-In case plastic being used in road construction then PIBOs are required to provide self-certification using proforma issued by CPCB.
