• Step 1: Register on the Portal - Visit the official portal of DISH (Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health). Register as an occupier and provide the necessary details.

• Step 4: Verification By DISH - The Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Government of Tamil Nadu, will send an OTP for the verification process. The applicants may receive an OTP through email or SMS.
• Step 5: Inspection & License Grant - After submission, the Factory Inspector will examine the location physically and the safety and welfare measures.
• Step 6: Issuance of License - The Chief Inspector of Factories will grant the license accordingly. Download the e-factory license from the DISH portal.
