Submitting the application complete, upon submission of the document, the CGWA shall scrutinize the application and the documents accompanying it. This may include an inspection of the site if this was considered necessary by the researcher.
In the case of a valid application, the NOC will be issued depending on the application filed by the candidate.
Once the applicant receives the NOC, he/she has to install the IoT based groundwater monitor system within 90 days from the date of issue and abide by the groundwater management practices.
To renew the NOC, submit the application for renewal at least 90 days before the expiration of the current NOC.

After the application is applied the No Objection Certificate is issued and will remain viable for a period of 2 years from the date of issue. Regarding the renewal of this No Objection Certificate the application has to be made 90 days before the expiry of the existing one.
