IEC Validity and Mandatory Annual update 2026–27
An IEC does not come with an expiry date; once issued, it remains valid for as long as your business operates. That said, under the Foreign Trade Policy and DGFT guidelines of 2023, every IEC holder in Uttar Pradesh must complete the IEC annual update for 2026-27 to keep their code in good standing.
