Club Liquor License in Delhi - Procedure, Fee & Documents Required

Depending on the nature of the club, the relevant licenses are: L-28 for service of Indian Liquor in a club, L-28F for service of Foreign Liquor in a club, L-29 for service of Indian Liquor at a club or mess whose membership is exclusively for Government servants, retired Government servants including members of armed forces, serving or retired, where the club or mess is not run on commercial lines, and L-29F for service of Foreign Liquor at such Government servants’ clubs or messes.

The license fee is not fixed and is liable to be revised periodically by the excise department. In addition, clubs may require a P-13 temporary event permit for special occasions where alcohol is served beyond regular operations.
