To register on CIBRC applicants need to first sign up as a new user on the official CIBRC website. Then they need to fill out the application form i.e. Form I to register pesticides.
For the first-time offense, the person is charged a fee of not less than 10,000 which may extend up to 50,000, or imprisonment of 1 year or both. Furthermore, for the subsequent offense, the applicant is charged a fee not less than 50,000 - 75,000 and imprisoned for 3-5 years.
Form IV is used for the report of insecticide analysts & Form V is used by insecticide inspectors.
