- Property showcase: Next step is the showcase of the property to the Police authorities. This is important for the issuance of a No-objection Certificate.
- Mock assessment and site verification: A mock assessment and Site verification round is conducted by authorities to check the B&B property. All the requirements must be fulfilled by the unit as per the applicable category.

- Quorum: The Quorum includes 1 member from state tourism, 1 from central tourism and 1 from the notified associations.
