Attachments include the draft MOA (INC-13), AOA, declaration from a CA/CS (INC-14), subscriber declarations (INC-15), and a 3-year financial projection. Most rejections at this stage happen because the financial projections don't match what the object clause says.
- Step 4 - SPICe+ Part B (3–5 working days): Covers company details, DIN, PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC. GST and bank account setup are optional add-ons. Because UP has no Profession Tax, you skip that registration entirely.
- Step 5 - e-MOA (INC-33) and e-AOA (INC-34): Filed alongside Step 4. The MOA (Memorandum of Association) defines what the company does; the AOA (Articles of Association) covers internal governance. Both are digitally signed by all subscribers.
- Step 6 - Certificate of Incorporation (2–3 working days): CRC Manesar issues the COI with your CIN, PAN, and TAN. Open a bank account within 60 days and deposit your subscribed capital.
