Who’s eligible to obtain a PSARA License?

Memorandum of Understanding

Police Verification
The police verification is the next step in regard to the application process. The nominated directors are required to undergo police verification regardless of whether the agency is a corporation or a partnership.
Grant of PSARA License
The state authority will examine the application after receiving a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from police and may grant the PSARA License in form (IV) in case of successful verification.It's possible that the application won't be accepted.
Time period for getting PSARA License
Considering the date of filing an application for PSARA License, the entire process will take sixty days. The application process differs from state to state.
Supervisor Appointment
The applicant must designate supervisors in order to comply with PSARA 2005 provisions.
