For the first-time offense, the applicant is charged a fee of not less than 10,000 which may extend up to 50,000, or imprisonment of 1 year or both. Furthermore, for the second time offense, the applicant is charged not less than 50,000 - 75,000 and imprisoned for 3-5 years.
